The name “Pacifica” was chosen after consultation with potential customers: the car, produced at the Canadian Windsor, will be the only MPV range FCA in America and will replace the Dodge Grand Caravan. Pacifica is also the name of a mid-size crossover (for the USA) produced by the American brand from 2003 to 2007 and a concept of luxury MPV built by DaimlerChrysler in 1999.
The Chrysler Pacifica, presented at the Detroit Motor Show, is the first plug-in hybrid SUV on the market and the first hybrid model of FCA Group.
2017 Chrysler Pacifica Focuses on innovation
