2016 edition of the Auto Expo in New Delhi, Volkswagen is presenting the new Ameo, the first model developed specifically for the Indian market.
Produced locally in Pune factory, the Ameo is largely derived from the Polo PQ25 platform, towards which adds a small posterior third volume, turning into a small sedan. The total length has not yet been declared, while the trunk has a capacity of 330 liters.
The interiors reflect the solutions already seen on other models of the German House and not missing the infotainment system with MirrorLink for connection to smartphones. Many of the available accessories, such as cruise control, the wiper sensors, the rear vents of the air conditioning and rear view, represent a novelty in the segment compared to major competitors.
