it now develops a second branch in the commercial vehicle. The PSA Group will present at the Geneva Motor Show the new Peugeot and Citroën Traveller Spacetourer two “Lcv” large size twin Toyota Proace, which in turn will debut under the spotlight of the Swiss.
A long-term partnership Toyota-Psa
The three models, which will be declined in the variants “MPV” and “shuttle” are the result of an agreement signed in 2017, and will hit European markets by the middle of next year: in compliance with the terms of the agreement signed three years ago, two manufacturers have collaborated on the development of the project, and it will carry up to over 2020.
Ulysse heirs, neighbors of the Yaris
Proace, Traveller and Spacetourer will be produced in the factory Sevelnord once managed in partnership by PSA and Fiat, but completely taken over by the French in 2017. The plant (where they were manufactured in time Fiat Ulysse and Lancia Phedra Z, Peugeot 806 and 807 Citroën Evasion and C8, and commercial Jumpy, Expert and Shield) is as known in Valenciennes, where, however, lies also the circumstances surrounding the factory Toyota Yaris.
